ResinTech Promotes Theo Abate to Operations Manager for Aries Filterworks Division

Camden, NJ — ResinTech is pleased to announce the promotion of Theo Abate to Operations Manager for our Aries Filterworks division at the Camden headquarters. This promotion recognizes Theo’s significant contributions since joining ResinTech in 2020 and underscores our commitment to operational excellence.

Theo joined ResinTech as a Purchasing Analyst for Filterworks, where he excelled in optimizing procurement strategies, conducting market research, developing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing spend data. His meticulous approach and strategic insights have greatly enhanced our procurement processes and overall efficiency.

Prior to his tenure at ResinTech, Theo served as an Aerospace Propulsion Technician, both actively and in reserves, at Cannon AFB and McGuire AFB. During his time in the Air Force, he led maintenance teams, conducted technical inspections, and ensured compliance with stringent safety and quality standards. This experience has endowed him with exceptional leadership and technical skills.

In his new role as Operations Manager, Theo will oversee production processes, manage and develop production staff, implement safety protocols and quality control measures, and coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment. He will also optimize production schedules, analyze performance metrics, develop cost-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, Theo’s responsibilities include supply chain management, inventory control, budgeting, cost management, and process automation. His collaborative approach will enhance our overall operational effectiveness, ensuring seamless interdepartmental coordination.

Theo holds an MBA and a BBA from Strayer University, along with an Associate degree from Brookdale Community College. His academic background, coupled with his extensive industry experience, positions him as a key asset in driving the future success of Aries Filterworks.
